Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 50 (Art. 50) of the Consumer Protection Act (Bulgarian: Закон за защита на потребителите or ZZP), any natural person who expresses a wish to purchase, purchases, or uses a product or service for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Complaint Handling Procedure

Any complaints regarding the availability or quality of goods should be submitted either:

• In electronic form: via email to herbals@indianherbals.bg

• In writing: to the address: Orlandovtsi district, 11 Petar B. Velichkov St., Shop No. 3, 1225 Sofia, Bulgaria.

The Seller shall provide a written response to the Consumer within 7 working days of receiving the complaint. The response will be sent to the Consumer's provided address and will outline the proposed resolution or a method for settling the dispute, provided that an agreement has not already been reached during this period.

If a complaint is deemed unfounded and you disagree with this assessment, you have the right to pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as established by regulatory acts. To initiate this, a written application for out-of-court dispute resolution must be submitted to the Seller, including:

• First and last name, and contact information;

• Date of application;

• The nature of the dispute, the specific claims, and their justification.

The Seller shall provide a written response to this application within 15 working days of receipt, informing the Consumer of the proposed resolution or settlement method.
