Method for Preparing Silicon Water: Place 25 g of small flint pebbles (the contents of the package) into a 3-liter container, preferably glass, and keep it in a place protected from direct sunlight. Drinking water will be ready in 7 days. Pour the prepared water into another container. It is recommended to discard the sediment. It is recommended to drink 150-200 g of water on an empty stomach in the morning.

If that is not possible, drink half a glass at least 3–5 times a day, always in small sips and preferably cool.

After using the stones once or twice, rinse them with cool water and air them outdoors for 2 hours.
