Vitateka mustard plaster packets are designed for local warming. Each mustard plaster consists of 4 compartments containing natural food-grade mustard powder and is suitable for home use on a selected area of the body.

The package contains 10 individual mustard plaster packets. Each packet contains 3 g of natural food-grade mustard powder with no additives.

Ingredients: Natural food-grade mustard powder, 3 g in each mustard plaster packet.

Instructions for use: Shake the packet to distribute the powder evenly across the 4 compartments. Dip it in warm water for 3–4 seconds, place the porous side onto the skin of the desired area, and cover with a dry towel. In case of a strong burning sensation, remove the plaster after 3–10 minutes. For the same area of the body, use every other day.
